Yesterday was my first visit and I loved the park. I was there to check it out before bringing my dogs, but found it to be a wonderful park! I am sure that Maxx & Blake will be making new friends soon!

We took two of our dogs to the park for the first time tonight! I can't believe we just discovered it. We've always taken them all the way up to Polaris (from Reynoldsburg)...duh! Ha!
Great park... they are exhausted!

My puppy Izzie had a blast, she was so worn out from all the running around, i will def. be bringing her back very soon. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We have been there several times with our border collie mix. Most of the time the owners and their dogs have been fine. Once or twice we have seen owners who pay no attention to their dog and that dog usually seems to be one who will try to dominate situations and start an incident. But we do keep a close eye on our dog and have always defused the situation. I like the place will come back and am looking forward to the water access being blocked. I don't always want her in the water.

I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS DOG PARK AFTER THE INCIDENT THAT HAPPENED ON 9/21/07. THERE WERE AGGRESSIVE DOGS IN THE PARK THAT KEPT CHASING MY LITTLE DOG AND WOULD NOT LEAVE HER ALONE. WHEN I TURNED MY HEAD FOR A SECOND THE DOG STARTED BITING HER ON HER BACK, AND SHE DID HAVE BITE MARKS WHEN I LEFT.
SO I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. AND I WILL NOT BE BACK.
LETS SEE HOW FAST IT TAKES MY MESAGE TO GET DELETED.

Took Pepper to the park last night for the first time! We had a great time and she was exhausted by the time we got home! Thanks to everyone that is helping to run this - it's a GREAT way to exercise Pepper safely AND to meet new friends!

Brutus & I have a good time at Big Walnut Dog Park. Today, he met a couple of new friends (one couple's first visit with their 11-month-old poodle(Hi, Autumn!)).
Two dogs were not being watched very carefully, 'tho, and did their business without their owners knowing or seeing. I'd just like to remind everyone that the park is for everyone's enjoyment, and that everyone needs to attend to their pets' messes. Please!
Also, besides cleaning up after your own pet, try to clean up just one other mess you find... I know it's hard to clean up after others, but it's the neighborly thing to do.
And one other thing (if you can stand it, hehehe): Please take one of the water jugs home with you and bring it back filled with clean water on your next visit. Your 4-legged friends will thank you for it!
A wonderful place to safely exercise your dog! Thank you, Columbus!
